Temperature Uniformity: ±5°C, calibrated in accordance with HB5425-2012 standards. The计量 calibration range is 300 to 1000°C, with test points at 300°C, 450°C, 650°C, 850°C, and 1000°C. Uniformity is verified through 5-point measurement under no-load conditions. Exhaust Port: The furnace is equipped with one manually operated exhaust port on the top, designed to promptly remove smoke and reaction exhaust gases.

Refractory Material: The furnace lining uses imported German MESCHUPP vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board. In areas prone to impact during material loading and unloading, such as the furnace bottom, high-purity lightweight hollow sphere alumina board is used. This material offers high service temperature, low heat storage, excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slagging, and superior insulation performance. The energy-saving effect is over 80% compared to old-style electric furnaces.

Insulation Material: The furnace features four layers of insulation, consisting of alumina fiber cotton, alumina fiber board, and alumina polycrystalline fiber board, all imported materials. The energy-saving effect is over 80% compared to old-style electric furnaces.

Outer Shell Temperature: During continuous long-term operation, the outer shell temperature remains below 45°C.

Protection Features: The system employs an integrated modular control unit, ensuring precise control accuracy. It is designed with dual-circuit control and dual-circuit protection, incorporating safeguards against overshoot, undershoot, segment errors, phase failure, phase loss, overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, and current feedback, as well as soft start functionality.
